How can we help?

A coupon or deal did not work. Send us the store name, the code and what happened at checkout. We will re-check the listing and update or remove it.

Suggest a store or deal. Found a great offer or a store you want to see on Savhut? Send us its name and website, and we will take a look.

Feedback on a buying guide. Spotted an outdated price, a wrong detail or a product we should cover? Let us know and we will review it.

Partnerships and collaborations. Are you a brand or retailer? Tell us about your store and what you offer. Put “Partnership” in the subject line so we can route it to the right place.

Newsletter help. Want to change or stop our weekly emails? Write to us and we will sort it out straight away.

Privacy requests. To ask about your data, write “Privacy request” in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What to include in your message

The more details you share, the faster we can help. For a coupon problem, please tell us the store, the code, the date you tried it and what you saw at checkout. A screenshot is always welcome.

Quick answers

Is Savhut free?
Yes. Browsing our coupons, deals and guides never costs you anything.

Why did my code not work?
Retailers can change or end offers at any time, and many codes have conditions such as a minimum spend, eligible products or first-time customer rules. Check the offer terms on the listing, and tell us if it still looks out of date.

Can you help with my order, delivery or refund?
Not directly. Savhut does not sell products or handle orders, so please contact the retailer you bought from.

How does Savhut make money?
We earn a small commission from retailers when you buy through our links. It never adds to the price you pay. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for the full story.
